2. Is there a weight limit for the X-Step™ Trainer?
The X-Step Trainer is strong and durable enough to handle 300 lbs.
3. What is the X-Step™ Trainer made of?
At the heart of the X-Step Trainer is a strong metal frame covered with a tough, durable molded outer skin. The pedals are made of engineered resin so that they are strong, yet light enough for ultrafast stepping.
4. What is the Minimum Age Limit to use the X-Step™ Trainer?
12 years old with adult supervision.
5. What are the dimensions and weight of the X-Step™ Trainer?
27" L x 25" W x 14" H and it weights 21 lbs making it portable and easy to store away when not in use.
6. How long will it take to receive my X-Step™ Program and how will it ship?
Your X-Step™ Program will arrive in approximately 3-4 weeks via FED EX. Please supply a valid e-mail address. You will receive an email from FED EX with your shipping confirmation and tracking number.
7. Will I be charged any shipping fees?
Standard shipping is $24.99 on all orders. You are responsible for shipping it back if you decide to return the item within the trial period.
8. How do I return my X-Step™ Program?
Within the first 60 days, if you are not completely satisfied with the X-Step Program contact one of our X-Step Customer Service Representatives at 1-973-287-5161 for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You can keep the X-Step Program’s DVD workouts, the Nutritional Plan and the X-Step APP as our gifts to you for trying the X-Step Program.
